TECHNICAL SERVICE - BASIC PACKAGE
Our basic service package includes the following services.
One-time services:
- All-encompassing initial technical audit and service of your system according to VDE 0126-23 (DIN EN 62446) with signing-up for our PV-Asset Management program (included in 5 year contract)
- If required - proposals for necessary technical improvement of efficiency and optimization of your PV system
- Inspection and improvement, if necessary (new) installation of remote monitoring
Ongoing services:
- 24/7 - 365 day monitoring of PV system output - with online web accessible reports
- Continuous monitoring and alarming of abnormal deviations and system faults
- In case of noticeable performance deviations or system faults, we respond within 2 working days
- Annual maintenance according to VDE 0126-23 (DIN EN 62446)
TECHNICAL SERVICE - EXTENDED PACKAGE
In addition to the services included above, our team is happy to assist you with any further questions concerning your PV system. Just ask for our extended service.
Our extended service offers you:
- Implementation of possible new requirements for network management (e.g. Inverter upgrades, generation capacity management)
- Realization of all necessary modifications or repairs such as elimination of technical defects
- Dismantling and rebuilding of PV Systems to allow for roof repairs
- Repair of leakages in the roof
- Execution of necessary tree trimmings
- Repowering
