Engynious MANAGEMENT

Karl Zrost is the founder of Engynious Germany. He has been active in the renewable energy sector since 2008 and has acquired deep technological know-how in photovoltaics. From 2008 to 2012, he was responsible as Manager of the Wafer Development and later as Strategic Product Manager at Sovello, a former integrated module manufacturer in Germany.

In 2009, he started an entrepreneurial career by launching Engynious Germany to develop and deliver PV solar plants and has developed the business model further ever since. At Engynious his responsibilities include general management, technology & operations, engineering as well as customer relationship management. Innovation is one of Karl’s strengths as he helps customers reduce their energy expense. He also leads our software development for remote monitoring and process management to assure long-term returns of our PV plants.

Karl holds a PhD in atom and laser physics from the University of Heidelberg and the Max Plank Institute for nuclear physics.
